2 — We verify contact info. Public records don't include phone numbers. We append and verify them. A lead without a working phone never gets sold.

No — and we'll never tell you otherwise. These are households with a fresh public-record life event that correlates with vehicle purchases, plus verified contact data. They're prospecting lists, not inbound requests. That honesty is the point: you know exactly what you're working with.
Exclusive how?
Each bucket is sold to exactly one dealership and retired. We don't recycle, re-sell, or "refresh" the same names to your competitor.
What geography?
Monmouth County, NJ today. Adjacent counties on request.
How fresh?
Source records refresh roughly weekly; buckets are built from the newest signals first. Each lead carries its record date so you can see the age yourself.
How does delivery work?

Is this legal to call?
The data is lawfully sourced from public records with appended contact info. Outreach compliance (TCPA, DNC scrubbing, state rules) is the caller's responsibility — same as any purchased list. We flag credit-event (Tier 2) lists so you can route them appropriately.
